One of Maine’s most popular family attractions is now open for the 2026 season.
The Maine Wildlife Park in Gray, Maine recently opened for the year. The park is home to more than 30 species of Maine wildlife that cannot be returned to their natural habitats, making it a great place for families, photographers, and wildlife enthusiasts to get an up-close look at such animals as moose, bears, and bobcats.
The park is open seven days a week (including holidays) through mid-November. Gates open at 9:30 a.m. and close at 4:30 p.m.—but visitors are welcome to explore the park until 6 pm.
